Baseball · Rotational power, bat speed, base running
Baseball is a power sport played in short bursts. Bat speed, arm velocity and base running all come from the same place: a stronger, more explosive athlete. We build it and measure it.
What baseball athletes need
01
Rotational power
Hips and trunk that generate force for the swing and the throw.
02
Acceleration
The first ten yards decide steals, infield hits and range.
03
Durability
Strength and recovery that carry an athlete through a long season.

Baseball results
45.8in
Running vertical, up from 34
“When I first started, my running vertical was 34 inches. Today, it’s 45.8 inches. That kind of improvement doesn’t happen by accident.”

46.7in
Approach jump
So much explosive power. Next stop: a 50-inch approach jump.

Parents and athletes ask all the time “will this transfer to my sport?” Yeah. It will.

★★★★★“By baseball season, the difference was noticeable—faster base running, increased bat speed, and most notably, improved velocity on the pitcher’s mound. Now in football season, we’re continuing to see the benefits. He’s more explosive on the field, stronger defensively, and more effective when tackling.”
The Batti method
You will always know where your athlete started, what the plan is, and whether it’s working.
- Step 01Assess
Free athletic assessment. We dive into the athlete's goals, then baseline speed, strength, power and acceleration. We review every number with you and lay out the path.
- Step 02Build
A plan built around the athlete's sport, position, goals and the gaps we found. Coached sessions, not workouts. Strength with transfer, speed with mechanics, jumps with intent.
- Step 03Retest
Every block ends on the timing gates and the jump mat. +1 mph to your speed and +4" to your vertical, or you train free until you get it.

Questions
- Will this actually transfer to baseball?
- Yes. Sports are speed and power dominant. Assuming the athlete understands the game and is proficient at their position, the faster, stronger, more powerful athlete wins. We test the numbers on day one and retest so you can see the transfer for yourself.
- Can my athlete train during the season?
- They should. In-season training is simple: keep what you earned. Shorter, lower-volume sessions with isometrics and explosive work keep speed and power from fading by week four while we manage fatigue and recovery.
- What happens at the assessment?
- We talk through the athlete's goals, then baseline speed, strength, power and acceleration. We review every number with you and lay out the training path. It's free, and there's no obligation to continue.
