What we train

  • Ground contacts
  • Jumping & landing
  • Running mechanics
  • Coordination

Youth athletes don't need endless footwork drills and more private lessons. They need to be put into positions that force the body to respond: jump, land, fall, hop, sprint, change direction. Thousands of ground contacts, coached.

That's what builds the nervous system, motor-unit recruitment and the ability to absorb and transfer force. The athletes who get it early sprint faster, throw harder and look more explosive later, and the others can't make up the gap.

Training at Batti

The window where coordination, jumping, landing and running mechanics get wired in. Miss it and athletes spend years catching up.

A session looks like

  • 01Short, high-energy sessions built around play and competition
  • 02Bodyweight strength and landing mechanics before any loading
  • 03Sprint and change-of-direction work coached for form, not exhaustion

What we test

  • ✓10-yard acceleration
  • ✓Standing and running jump
  • ✓Movement screen

Numbers are reviewed with the parent and athlete after every assessment and retest.

What parents and athletes say

★★★★★

“By baseball season, the difference was noticeable—faster base running, increased bat speed, and most notably, improved velocity on the pitcher’s mound. Now in football season, we’re continuing to see the benefits. He’s more explosive on the field, stronger defensively, and more effective when tackling.”

★★★★★

“Started our 12yr old son here for training. He loves it so much already!! He talks about challenging himself with each session. Ronnie and Marissa are absolutely amazing!”

★★★★★

“They’re constantly checking on their athletic performance whether it’s in grade school, high school, club or travel teams, tournaments etc.”

The Batti method

You will always know where your athlete started, what the plan is, and whether it’s working.

  1. Step 01Assess

Free athletic assessment. We dive into the athlete's goals, then baseline speed, strength, power and acceleration. We review every number with you and lay out the path.

  2. Step 02Build

A plan built around the athlete's sport, position, goals and the gaps we found. Coached sessions, not workouts. Strength with transfer, speed with mechanics, jumps with intent.

  3. Step 03Retest

Every block ends on the timing gates and the jump mat. +1 mph to your speed and +4" to your vertical, or you train free until you get it.

The assessment is free. The numbers are yours going forward.
