Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you request an athletic assessment or reserve a founding spot, we collect the parent or guardian’s first and last name, email address and mobile phone number, your athlete’s age group and sport, the Batti location you choose, and whether you agree to receive text messages. Careers applications also include the role and location you’re interested in, a good time to call, and any note you add.

How you found us. The first page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags or ad click IDs in the link (UTM parameters, Google’s gclid, Meta’s fbclid). This is kept in your browser’s local storage and sent with a form only when you submit one.

Technical information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.

• To respond to your request and schedule your athlete’s free assessment.
• To call you, or text you if you agreed to texts, about that request.
• To provide training and customer service.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring families to Batti.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.

Texts are covered by our SMS Terms. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile numbers only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts, and only to send them.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Batti, and only for that purpose:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our customer database and text messaging, which receives the forms you submit.
• Vercel: hosts this website and provides our site analytics.
• Google: maps and business information on our location pages. Loading a map sends your IP address and browser information to Google under Google’s own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our athletes, families, staff or others.

This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage to remember how you first arrived, as described above. Embedded Google Maps may set their own cookies.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits and completed assessment requests, including which location and form they came from. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t receive your name, email or phone number, and doesn’t track you across other websites. We will update this policy before adding any advertising tools.

Our programs are for athletes ages 8–18, but our website forms are for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services and meet legal obligations, and then delete it or remove what identifies you.

• Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us below.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
