College Prep.
Recruiters look at measurables. Coaches look at who's still healthy in week ten. This program is built for both.
What we train
- Max strength & power
- Sport-specific speed
- In-season maintenance
- Recovery
Advanced strength and power training for athletes with a real shot at the next level. Heavier loading, explosive work, and speed sessions designed to raise the ceiling on the numbers that matter for your sport.
In season, the plan flips: keep what you earned, stay explosive through week ten, and use recovery tools to show up fresh on game day. Nobody cares about your off-season PR if it disappears by October.
Training at Batti
Recruiters look at measurables. Coaches look at who's still healthy in week ten. This program is built for both.
A session looks like
- 01Periodized strength and power blocks
- 02Max-velocity sprint work and sport-specific power
- 03In-season isometrics, recovery and readiness
What we test
- ✓10/20/40 and top speed (mph)
- ✓Vertical, approach and broad jump
- ✓Strength and power outputs
- ✓Retest before and after every block
Numbers are reviewed with the parent and athlete after every assessment and retest.
What parents and athletes say
★★★★★“From her technique to her court awareness to her confidence — she is a completely different volleyball player than when she started. … You can see real, measurable progress week after week.”
★★★★★“During my season, the workouts are perfectly tailored to maintain peak performance without overexerting, making sure I stay in top shape for soccer.”
★★★★★“I have been going to batti for 3 months and they have helped me significantly with my vertical and speed.”
The Batti method
You will always know where your athlete started, what the plan is, and whether it’s working.
- Step 01Assess
Free athletic assessment. We dive into the athlete's goals, then baseline speed, strength, power and acceleration. We review every number with you and lay out the path.
- Step 02Build
A plan built around the athlete's sport, position, goals and the gaps we found. Coached sessions, not workouts. Strength with transfer, speed with mechanics, jumps with intent.
- Step 03Retest
Every block ends on the timing gates and the jump mat. +1 mph to your speed and +4" to your vertical, or you train free until you get it.
