About Batti
Our mission is simple: help athletes become faster, stronger, more explosive and more confident, with the training and recovery tools they need to perform at their best year round.

Ronnie & Marissa Battiato · founders
Ronnie and Marissa Battiato both played in college. Ronnie came back from injury and became a personal trainer; Marissa coached in a medical-grade facility. They fell in love with sport performance, and in 2018 they went all in on their own facility in Orland Park.
The system they built there hasn’t changed: test the athlete, build the plan around the gaps, retest until the numbers move. It’s why Batti can promise a faster, higher-jumping athlete instead of just a harder-working one.
Since then Batti has opened in Manteno and Gilbert, Arizona, with Frankfort next. Every location runs the same assessment and the same standard.
The founders
Ronnie Battiato
Owner · Head coach
Former college athlete. NCSF-certified trainer and Byrd Sport Performance-certified coach with a vertical-jump obsession. Came back from injury and built a business around making sure other athletes don’t have to guess.
Marissa Battiato
Owner · Coach
Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, NCSF and Byrd Sport Performance certified. Competitive, personal coaching, and the reason every parent gets a text back.
The coaching staff
Every session is run by a head trainer. Small staff, on purpose: the same coach knows your athlete’s numbers from assessment to retest.

What parents can expect
Parents tell us the same thing: it’s about their kids, they’re serious about getting them better, and they want to know we care. So a coach reads every message, a coach calls to schedule the assessment, and a coach sits down with you to go through the numbers.
Sessions are coached, age-appropriate and supervised. Strength is introduced with technique first. Every retest is reviewed with you.
The Batti method
You will always know where your athlete started, what the plan is, and whether it’s working.
- Step 01Assess
Free athletic assessment. We dive into the athlete's goals, then baseline speed, strength, power and acceleration. We review every number with you and lay out the path.
- Step 02Build
A plan built around the athlete's sport, position, goals and the gaps we found. Coached sessions, not workouts. Strength with transfer, speed with mechanics, jumps with intent.
- Step 03Retest
Every block ends on the timing gates and the jump mat. +1 mph to your speed and +4" to your vertical, or you train free until you get it.
