SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages from Batti-Performance, LLC (“Batti Performance”) to the mobile number you give us on our website forms.

What you’re agreeing to

When you check the text-message box on a Batti Performance form, you agree to receive text messages about your athlete’s assessment: scheduling, reminders and replies to your questions. By opting in, you confirm you are 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of that mobile number.

Consent isn’t required to buy

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can always call us at (708) 897-4327 instead.

Frequency and cost

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.

Stop or get help

  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We’ll send one confirmation and then no more texts. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT also work.
  • Reply HELP for help, or call (708) 897-4327.
  • To start again after opting out, reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
