Accelerate.

Bodies are changing fast. This is where properly coached strength, first-step quickness and vertical jump turn a hard-working kid into the one coaches notice.

What we train

  • Intro to strength training
  • First-step quickness
  • Vertical jump
  • Acceleration

This is Batti's core athlete: the 8th grader to sophomore who is working hard but isn't standing out yet. We baseline speed, strength, power and acceleration on day one, then build the plan around the gaps.

Strength is introduced the right way, with velocity and transfer to sport in mind, so it makes athletes faster and springier, not slower. Jump and sprint mechanics get sharpened every session.

Training at Batti

Bodies are changing fast. This is where properly coached strength, first-step quickness and vertical jump turn a hard-working kid into the one coaches notice.

A session looks like

  • 01Coached strength work with technique first, then intent
  • 02Jump progressions: approach, penultimate step, landing
  • 03Speed work: acceleration, top speed, change of direction

What we test

  • ✓10/20/40 speed
  • ✓Vertical and approach jump
  • ✓Strength baseline
  • ✓Full retest every training block

Numbers are reviewed with the parent and athlete after every assessment and retest.

What parents and athletes say

★★★★★

“From her technique to her court awareness to her confidence — she is a completely different volleyball player than when she started. … You can see real, measurable progress week after week.”

★★★★★

“Our son plays football and needed help with speed, power and agility. We have seen measurable results since he started. I was shocked to see how quickly he has progressed.”

Jennifer S., parent · Football · Gilbert · Google review

“First day in I told him we have to be at a 36 to play where he is going. Now the goal is to hit a 40 and be one of the highest jumpers on the team next season.”

The Batti method

You will always know where your athlete started, what the plan is, and whether it’s working.

  1. Step 01Assess

Free athletic assessment. We dive into the athlete's goals, then baseline speed, strength, power and acceleration. We review every number with you and lay out the path.

  2. Step 02Build

A plan built around the athlete's sport, position, goals and the gaps we found. Coached sessions, not workouts. Strength with transfer, speed with mechanics, jumps with intent.

  3. Step 03Retest

Every block ends on the timing gates and the jump mat. +1 mph to your speed and +4" to your vertical, or you train free until you get it.

The assessment is free. The numbers are yours going forward.
